Shipping Policy
Every item at Ink Node Co. is custom fabricated to order. Please review our production timelines and shipping options below before placing your order.
1. Production & Processing Time
Because we custom-print, cut, and hand-assemble every order on our flatbed machines, standard production takes between 1 to 3 business days from the moment your high-resolution artwork and payment are secured. Bulk orders or complex textured pieces may require additional workshop time.
2. Shipping Options (Canada Wide)
We ship nationwide with Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery address.
- Expedited Parcel (tracked): 3 to 7 business days depending on your province.
- Xpresspost (tracked): 1 to 3 business days.
- Letter Mail (untracked), $4.95: available for small flat items such as stickers, magnets, keychains, patches and coins. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Letter Mail has no tracking number.
- Free Shipping: orders of $50 or more ship free with tracking.
- Free Local Pickup: pick up your order in Langley, BC at no cost. We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready.
For tracked shipments, your tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your shipping label is generated at our workbench, so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
3. Delivery Damages
Ink Node Co. packages every canvas, metal piece, and sheet with extreme care. However, if a courier handles your parcel roughly and your items arrive broken, bent, or damaged, please email photo proof of the damaged product and the outer shipping box to inknodeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can prioritize a replacement print run for you immediately.
